Guwahati, Sep 20 (IANS) Public Examination Organization (NIA) has captured one Maoist from West Bengal regarding a case in Assam, authorities informed on Tuesday.
A NIA representative in Guwahati informed that the extremist distinguished as Samrat Chakraborty false name Nilkamal Sikdar was captured in West Bengal’s Mahispata region close to the

Kalyani freeway on Monday. The office was looking for him for a situation relating to setting up Maoist units in Assam.

According to the analytical organization, Chakraborty was firmly connected with veteran Maoist pioneer Arun Kumar Bhattacharjee nom de plume Jyotish false name Kabir pseudonym Kanchan Da a Focal Board of trustees Part and an ideologue and planner of CPI(Maoist) hailing from the Howrah locale in Bengal.

Bhattacharjee was accepted to be attempting to extend Maoist base in Assam and the Upper east. He was captured a couple of months prior in the Cachar region of Assam.

The NIA representative guaranteed that Chakraborty was a linkman between the top order of CPI (Maoist) and Arun Bhattacharjee.

The representative further said that Chakraborty is accepted to have visited different regions of Assam in the past on a few events and helped Bhattacharjee in his undertaking to extend the impression of the banned gathering in the state.
